Obtain a repeat prescription?

These can be obtained by leaving the tear-off portion of your last prescription in the box in the porch. You may also re-order your repeat prescriptions online through our website, see below. We do not take requests over the phone. Routine repeat prescriptions will normally be available for collection within two working days. If you would like us to post your prescription, please enclose a stamped self-addressed envelope. You can also take the repeat prescription slip into your local chemists and collect your medication from them or ask us to send your prescription to one of these chemists. If you use this service please allow extra time. If prescriptions are required urgently (eg after hospital visits) please hand into reception and indicate when you need it.
